Mums & Bubs

Mums & Bubs yoga classes are suitable for Bubs from 6 weeks up to when they start crawling and their Mum (or Dad or grandparent or caregiver!)

Flow through gentle yoga poses to suit you and your baby.

Come as you are and enjoy spending yoga time together.
